Number of days: 7 (04/05/2016 – 10/05 /2016 both included); the participant fly to Italy on the 02/05/2016 and fly back to Spain on the 10/05/2016)

Notabene: working hours will not exceed 30 hours per week unless otherwise agreed; when a participant applies for an internship in such a sector as hospitality, they should be aware they might be asked to work during weekends and holidays; in compliance with the Italian law (Act 196/97) the placement does not constitute a work contract

This contract must be signed between

III Circolo “San Giovanni Bosco”, Via Amando Vescovo, 2 - 76011 Bisceglie (BT) – Italy, represented by Mr Mauro Leonardo Visaggio, Administrator and Legal Representative, as hosting organisation, and CEIP CARMELO CORTES, Padre Pedro Street n.4- 13700 TOMELLOSO (CR)- Spain, represented by Mrs Elena Valera Bueno, Administrator and Legal Representative, as sending and beneficiary organization.

  1.Obligations of the sending organisation

The sending organisation undertakes

     1.1. to provide Terzo Circolo all necessary informations about the participants before their arrival date, all information the partner need

     1.2. to take the measures necessary for the preparation, implementation and efficient operation of the programme

     1.3. to ensure that all measures have been taken to grant a personal insurance to the participant (including assistance) and, if                    necessary, finance this insurance/assistance cover during the exchange governed by this agreeme

     1.4. ​​to assist the participant to fulfill the administrative formalities required to enter and stay in the host country

  2. Obligations of the hosting organisation

The hosting organisation undertakes

      2.1. to organise work placements/job shadowings according to the requirements of the sending organisation or participant and send all         the necessary information before the start of the proje

      2.2. ​to find another similar work placement, if during the work experience the hosting organisation will not be able to receive                     participants

      2.3. to produce an evaluation report (certificate) at the end of the internship period about the activities carried out by the                           participants and the related achievements (period of realization the activities: from 3rd of May to 10th of May).

      2.4. to inform the sending organisation of the progress made during the internship as well as of any problem that may arise

      2.5. to appoint an internal tutor to coordinate the intern's tasks and to monitor activities and results achieved (optional)

      2.6. to facilitate the interns’ experience on the workplace (optional)

      2.7. to organise accommodation, if required from the sending organization, according to the requirements and send all the necessary           information (optional)

  3. Obligations of the participants.

The sending organisation and tutor shall inform the final participants that:

      3.1 they should respect the discipline imposed by the host organisation, its working hours, the rules in place and any legal provisions on       professional confidentiality

      3.2 in the event of non-compliance with the above requirements, the person responsible in the host organisation reserves the right to           terminate the traineeship
